This policy is part of the CRAIVIS Terms of Service. It applies to every customer, member, agency, agency client, approver and visitor, and to every brand and channel.
1. Who you may create content for
1.1 Your own business, or one that authorised you. You may create and publish content only for a business you own or are engaged by in writing (agencies). You may connect only channels you own or are authorised to connect, always through the platform's own login (see Terms, Section 5).
1.2 No impersonation. Do not create a brand, channel, page or content that impersonates another business, person, public body or platform, or that suggests an endorsement or affiliation that does not exist. Parody and commentary are not the purpose of this Service.
1.3 Real businesses only. Do not use the Service to run fake storefronts, phishing pages, "link farms", or content networks whose purpose is to manipulate search engines or platforms.
2. What you may not publish
You may not use the Service to generate, upload, approve or publish content that is, or that we reasonably believe is:
| # | Category | Includes |
|---|---|---|
| 2.1 | Unlawful | Anything that breaks the law where you are, where your audience is, or where the platform is; anything that infringes copyright, trade mark, design, patent, trade secret, privacy or publicity rights. |
| 2.2 | Deceptive | False or misleading claims about your products, prices, availability, origin, awards, reviews or results; fake testimonials or reviews; content that hides a paid or commercial relationship where disclosure is required. |
| 2.3 | Synthetic likeness without consent | Images, video or audio depicting a real, identifiable person (including a public figure, an employee, a customer, or a competitor) generated or altered by AI, unless the Service holds a consent record for that person. Sexualised or demeaning synthetic depictions of anyone are prohibited regardless of consent. |
| 2.4 | Harmful synthetic media | Deepfakes; synthetic content presented as a real recording of an event; false information about elections, public health or public safety; content that could incite violence or panic. India's SGI rules single out categories of synthetic content for accelerated removal; they are prohibited here outright. |
| 2.5 | Hateful or harassing | Content that attacks, dehumanises or promotes discrimination against people on the basis of religion, caste, ethnicity, race, national origin, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, age or serious illness; bullying, threats, doxxing. |
| 2.6 | Sexual | Pornography, sexually explicit or suggestive content, sexualised depictions of minors in any form (which we report to the authorities). |
| 2.7 | Violent or dangerous | Graphic violence, promotion of self-harm, terrorism, weapons trafficking, instructions for dangerous acts. |
| 2.8 | Harmful to children | Content that endangers or exploits children, or that targets children with products the law restricts. |
| 2.9 | Against national integrity or public order | Content the IT Rules, 2021 prohibit as threatening the unity, integrity, defence, security or sovereignty of India, friendly relations with foreign states, or public order, or that incites an offence. |
| 2.10 | Spam | Unsolicited bulk messages; the same or near-identical post across accounts or repeatedly on one account; engagement bait ("like for a discount" schemes that breach platform rules); irrelevant hashtags or trending-topic hijacking. |
| 2.11 | Malicious | Malware, phishing, credential harvesting, scams, pyramid or "get rich" schemes, unlicensed financial offerings. |
| 2.12 | Platform-prohibited | Anything the connected platform's community standards, advertising policies or developer terms prohibit for the content type you are publishing. The platform's rule applies in addition to this list. |
3. Brand safety and sensitive days
3.1 Sensitivity-flagged days. The Occasion Graph flags days of mourning, solemn religious observances and disasters. On those days the Service does not generate or auto-publish promotional content for the affected region. You may override by hand; if you do, you are responsible for the reaction.
3.2 Religious and cultural content. Festival content must be respectful. Do not use sacred imagery, texts or figures in ways that a reasonable member of that community would find demeaning, or that mix religious observance with promotions in a way the platform or the law prohibits. When the Service offers "skip this occasion for this brand", use it where a festival is not yours to market around.
3.3 Competitors. Do not name, disparage or make comparative claims about competitors that you cannot substantiate. The Service flags competitor names; you decide, and you carry the claim.
3.4 Real people. Do not use a customer's, employee's or public figure's name, likeness or words without their permission.
4. Regulated industries and claims
4.1 The Service is open to every industry, and some industries carry legal limits on what marketing may say. You are responsible for knowing yours. In particular you may not publish:
| Industry | Prohibited without a lawful basis you can show |
|---|---|
| Health, clinics, pharmacy, wellness, food | Claims to cure, prevent or treat a disease or condition; claims about "magic remedies" (the Drugs and Magic Remedies (Objectionable Advertisements) Act, 1954); prescription-drug promotion to the public; before/after promises; unsubstantiated nutrition claims |
| Finance, lending, insurance, investment, crypto | Guaranteed returns; unlicensed lending or investment offers; anything a regulator (RBI, SEBI, IRDAI or your local equivalent) prohibits |
| Real estate | Projects without the registration the law requires (RERA in India); misleading area, price or possession claims |
| Education and coaching | Guaranteed results, ranks, placements or salaries; misleading accreditation claims |
| Alcohol, tobacco, vaping | Direct advertising where prohibited (India prohibits most direct alcohol and tobacco advertising); surrogate advertising; targeting minors |
| Gambling, betting, lotteries | Any promotion where prohibited; real-money gaming where prohibited |
| Legal, accounting and other regulated professions | Advertising the profession's rules prohibit |
| Political | Political advertising and election content are outside the Service's purpose and are not supported |
4.2 The Service's output review flags regulated-industry claims and checks prices and hours against your brand profile. A flag is a warning, not a clearance.
5. What you may not do with the Service
5.1 Engagement automation: not available, not requestable. The Service publishes and reads analytics. It never likes, follows, unfollows, comments, replies, sends direct messages, votes or inflates views, followers or reach, and has no hidden way to do so. You may not ask us to do any of these things, request a "feature" that does them, or connect the Service to any third-party tool that does them on channels the Service publishes to. A first request is refused with an explanation; repeated requests are a ground for suspension.
5.2 No credential sharing. Do not give anyone, including us, a platform password, access token, session cookie or API key. Do not paste them into any field. Do not connect a channel with someone else's login. Do not use shared or purchased accounts.
5.3 No label stripping. Do not remove, alter or obscure C2PA Content Credentials, provenance metadata, platform AI labels or the in-caption disclosure where the law requires it. The Service has no tool to do this; using another tool on Service output to do it is a breach.
5.4 No scraping. Do not scrape, crawl or harvest data from the Service, from any platform the Service publishes to, or from other customers. Do not use the Service to build datasets of other people's content.
5.5 No circumvention. Do not evade or attempt to evade daily reel caps, monthly cost caps, post allowances, rate limits, regional pricing, the demo's rate limit, the pre-payment allowance (one account per person and business), sensitivity gating, the novelty check, or any security control. Do not probe, scan or test the Service's security without written permission.
5.6 No resale or sub-licensing except as an agency under the Agency plan. No white-label of the Service by anyone other than an agency on that plan. No use of the Service to build a competing product or to train models on its output.
5.7 No unsolicited messaging. The WhatsApp add-on may be used only to send Meta-approved templates to contacts who opted in to marketing from you, with proof kept in the opt-in ledger. No purchased lists, no scraped numbers, no "implied" consent. Meta's quality rating governs; a drop pauses sending automatically.
5.8 No SEO abuse. Do not use the Service to generate mass AI pages, doorway pages, spun articles, or content designed to manipulate search results. The Website audit & SEO report add-on reports and recommends; it never promises rankings, and you may not represent that it does.
5.9 No misuse of platform quotas. Do not create extra accounts, projects or workspaces to evade a platform's shared quota (for example YouTube's per-project upload cap) or a platform's review status.
5.10 No interference. Do not overload, disrupt or reverse-engineer the Service; do not introduce malware; do not access another customer's data.
6. Duplicate and near-duplicate content rules
6.1 Across platforms. The Service writes a different caption per platform by design. Do not paste one caption into every platform's variant; X in particular rejects duplicate posts and treats similar posts across accounts you operate as a violation.
6.2 Across brands. Agencies managing similar businesses must not publish the same or near-identical creative across clients' channels. The novelty check flags similarity within your organisation; the agency is responsible for what it approves anyway.
6.3 Over time. Do not re-post the same Facebook Story media (the platform rejects it) or re-run identical posts to inflate frequency.
6.4 Frequency. Platform daily caps are enforced in the product (for example Instagram 100 API posts per 24 hours, Facebook 30 Reels per Page per 24 hours, Threads 250 per 24 hours, X 100 per 15 minutes). Posting at or near a cap on an ongoing basis is a signal of spam and may be rate-limited by us before the platform does it for you.
7. Platform policies you agree to
By connecting a channel you agree to that platform's rules and to any change in them. The current list is: Meta Platform Terms, Community Standards and Advertising Standards (Instagram, Facebook, Threads); WhatsApp Business Terms of Service and Business Messaging Policy (add-on); LinkedIn User Agreement and Professional Community Policies; X Terms of Service, Rules and Automation Rules; Bluesky Community Guidelines; Google Business Profile content policies and Google's spam policies (Search Console and audit add-on); and, when offered, TikTok Community Guidelines and Content Sharing Guidelines, YouTube Community Guidelines and API Services Terms, and Pinterest Community Guidelines. Where a platform's rule is stricter than this policy, the platform's rule governs what you may publish there. We track changes under our policy-watch process and update this list.
8. How we enforce
8.1 Automated gates run before and after every generation: prompt moderation; output review (brand fit, factual claims against your profile, regulated claims, competitor names, language quality, legibility, logo presence); real-person-likeness block without consent; novelty check; sensitivity-day check; platform specification validation with C2PA signing and AI flags. A failed gate triggers one automatic regeneration, then the post waits in Draft with a reason for a human.
8.2 Human review of flagged and reported content by our trust-and-safety role, with a moderation queue and per-region and per-platform kill switches.
8.3 Actions, chosen to fit the breach: decline to generate; hold in Draft with a reason; remove or unpublish where the platform's API allows; pause Autopilot for the brand; disconnect a channel; rate-limit; suspend the brand, the add-on or the organisation; terminate for cause; report to platforms or authorities where the law requires (for example child sexual abuse material). We tell you what we did and why, unless the law forbids it, and you can reply at contact@adrologic.com.
8.4 Takedown requests. Anyone can report content we published at contact@adrologic.com or through the report link on the AI Transparency page. Our internal target is to act within 2 hours of a valid report; where India's SGI rules set a statutory limit (3 hours, and 2 hours for the categories the rules single out) we meet it. The reporting steps are on the AI Transparency page, Section 13.
8.5 Risk to other customers. Because platforms enforce against connected accounts and against the tool, a breach that risks our platform approvals or other customers' accounts is treated as urgent and may lead to immediate suspension without prior notice.
8.6 Appeals. Write to contact@adrologic.com within 14 days of an action with the post or brand ID and your reasons; we answer within 7 days. The Grievance Officer named in the Privacy Policy handles escalations.
9. Reporting a problem
Report content, abuse, impersonation or a security issue to contact@adrologic.com (legal and safety) or contact@adrologic.com (everything else). Security researchers: describe the issue and give us a reasonable time to fix it before disclosure; we do not pursue good-faith research that stays within 5.5.
10. Changes
We update this policy when platforms or the law change (policy watch: quarterly plus within 7 days of a watched announcement). Material changes are announced 30 days ahead by e-mail and in-product; changes required by a platform or by law may take effect sooner. Versions are archived at craivis.com/legal/aup/history.
